I was looking at some Dodge dealers to see what they had for cars cuz we're kind of looking for a car for the wife to go to the cities then. And I ran across this truck so I went over test drove it looked at it it's exactly what I was going to try to build current farm truck into. Except there's a huge difference between the cab and Chassis and a regular pickup. So even though this is a 3500 it has a lot more Springs under it than my 3500. But with the super long wheel base it actually rides and drives like a dream but the Laramie package inside is extremely comfortable! Dad and I got to use it on a service call. The boxes under the flap that are huge with a lot of room so no tools go in the cab.
Looks like a good truck. One of these years I'm going flat bed mine but main tool boxes will be on the bed. Just on front half.
my tool chest is on the bed. the boxes work great for cordless tools, parts for the day and misc. not happy about the payment but more then happy how the truck works!
Did you keep your blue one?
It needs all the extra springs because those beds weigh way too much. I built a flatbed for my truck and will never have a box on a work truck ever again. Looks like a sharp truck. How mant miles?
yep kept the old blue one for now. will be putting it on craigslist. that money has to go to the account for the wifes car fund.
68k miles. didn't realize how much different the regular 3500 and chassis cabs are. huge thick frame on the chassis cab,
Never crawled under the single rear wheel compared to the dually. Did you delete it yet. Lol if not I know it won't be long before you do. Lol
